Digital Citizenship User Rights and Responsibilities

I think all user rights we have has citizens in society should remain (freedom of speech, freedom to argue, freedom to post personal information). I feel the responsibility of a digital citizen should be to respect these rights of others. On public platforms, this information is available to everyone. On private platforms (e.g. accessing a doctor's office), this information should remain private, protected, and secure. As digital citizens we have to access information online and be able to contribute in this world. The norms should remain that information is private, to not be shared, unless an individual chooses to publish personal information publicly.
