This skit from Key&Peele came to mind for me about how confusion during texting and email can lead to bigger issues and how in person communication is really the best thing. There are so many pitfalls in text communication that can lead to confusion and frustration and people need to be aware of the issues that they can create within themselves.
This is hilarious. And exactly true. It is very, VERY easy to completely misunderstand and miscommunicate when facial expressions, tone of voice, body language, etc., are absent from the conversation.
