Digital Etiquette

I find it very hard not to reply to comments posted on Facebook about our school and sometimes about specific teachers.  So many people instantly go to social media to post rude comments and opinions about how a situation was handled at school.  It's easy to post something online and not the conversation face to face.  

I agree....I hold my tongue quite often about school things on Facebook. People don't know the other side of the story.
