Digital Media: Inappropriate Use

While working as the supervisor of a medical laboratory, one of my subordinates had her email and password stolen by another coworker whose objective was not appropriate.  The coworker typed an email using the stolen email and password to corporate personnel regarding insufficient raises being given by the corporation.  Unfortunately, evidence could not be obtained to target a specific employee with the inappropriate action, so consequences could not be given.
