Some of the basic rights in the digital word should include many that we expect outside the digital world. They include easy access digital resourses, privacy, freedom from abuse, theft, harrassment, and scams to name a few.
As a citizen in a digital world we have responsiblies as well. They include communicatinh with others respectfully, the need to respect the intellectual property rights of others and not plagarize or pirate digital movies or music. We should avoid sharing information we knoew that is false and keep personal and private information private.
