Digital Rights & Responsibilities

Freedom of speech is a right that we hold to be true in the United States.  However, what one says should not inflict harm or pain on anyone else. This, of course, is hard to police. Students should be taught about "hate-speech' so they are able to recognize it and not contribute to it.
