People of all ages in the 21st Century have the right/privilege to respectively and responsibly access technology 24/7. A precursor to this right of responsibility, no matter what age, is that the user be appropriately educated regarding the safety rules and responsibilities of how to use this technology. Just like anything else in this world safety needs to be monitored and those who choose to misuse their rights/privileges must be reprimanded. The creation of technology has been a wonderful invention, but also there are additional responsibilities to keep the people in this world a safer place to live. As an educator, parent, and citizen we have the obligation to continuously share the responsibility in learning and teaching others to follow the 6 character pillar traits at all times and situations. Digital Rights & Responsibilities is everyone's job!
