Digital Rights and Responsibilities

David Kintigh
Much like the Bill of Rights added to the Constitution, everyone should have certain digital rights as long as they don't abuse them.

We should have the right of expression. Free speech extends to the Internet. We should be able to express ourselves, but we should make sure that what we are saying is factual, giving credit to ideas that come from others, and not promote hate.

We should have the right to our privacy. We should be able to trust that our information is safe. In return, we should take reasonable care in protecting our information and not expose other's information our use it for our gain.
