Digital Rights and Responsibilities

Given that the Internet is a great tool for learning and sharing knowledge, I think access to the Internet is a right all of us are entitled to, and there should be an emphasis on giving Internet access to those "in need" around the world.  

As for responsibilities, teachers and school leaders can attempt to limit/police student use of digital tools on campus and teach students how to be safe online (and the potential consequences of their actions), but we need to resign ourselves to the fact that kids will do stupid things in both the real and digital worlds.
