Digital Rights and Responsibility

What user rights do you feel should be part of the norms in this digital world?  
I believe it is not a matter of "rights" but of policy that should be developed to safeguard students as well as the general population from harm.  Harm that could be caused by any negative agents that operate on the internet.  Policies can be developed into laws to protect the general public.  We do see this happening and my hope is that it continues to develop.  Education is key when it comes to the operation in the digital and non digital world.

What user responsibilities do you feel should be expressed in this digital world?
It is the users responsibility to be informed in the use of the digital world and how to use the tool safely.  It is also the users responsibility to follow the guidelines for safety in navigation, chats, comments, photos, videos, etc.
