Digital Rights and Responsibility

What I see in the classroom are students who are not mature enough to handle as much technology as they have at their fingertips.  The temptation to play games or spend time socializing on ones phone or computer are strong, especially when the subject being taught is not interesting to you or does not come easy.  I feel the students should be given very limited access to these temptations when they are first given technology tools and slowly given more freedom as they get older.
