Digital rights, while a student is home are generally are tied to economic constraints (unless it is a game system which many in the school lunch program seem to have or have access to a friends). None of the school systems, where I substitute, have I observed any student being denied digital rights. I have witnessed instances of student abuse of tech equipment being the reason that some have been denied (temporary or long term) access to technology.
