Digital User Responsibilities

We live in a digital world and it is ever-changing.  That is why it is important for society to be informed and aware of digital user responsibilities.  It's our Constitutional right to freedom of speech and press to be able to freely express ourselves online.  However, there are limits to this freedom, when it threatens, makes obscene, or defamatory statements to another person.  Living in a world online, it is very difficult to understand what is true or credible.  This is why it is vital to teach our students digital citizenship to become responsible users of technology.
