Digital User Rights (Norms) - Chris Mulder

I think it should be a normal expectation to have the right to a certain level of privacy.  Users don't need or want to have their personal information shared without consent.
We are already tracked with online "cookies" and "visited pages" to more effectively advertise to us.  I feel that not being constantly tracked and monitored should be an online norm.
