I checked out Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. I like that Facebook allows you to view your profile as a friend/non-friend to make sure you have the settings how you want them. Making sure my own settings are strict and how I want them. I don’t need my 6th graders being able to search me up online. Making sure privacy settings are set so that students and strangers alike cannot see my information. Making sure your accounts can’t be searching online. Reading the changes to apps when they update and their ‘terms and policies’ change at all. Many sites will tell you what of your personal information is being given out to other companies.
