"What user rights do you feel should be part of the norms in this digital world?  What user responsibilities do you feel should be expressed in this digital world?"

Although increasingly difficult to protect, I believe that individual users should have all of their/our rights protected in the digital world.  However, it is the responsibility of the individual to be cognizant of what they choose to let the world see.  

I believe that users have a responsibility to be factual, kind, respectful, honest, and professional. Privately and publically, one should comport themselves in the same manner.
