What social networking site did you explore and what settings in that site should users be aware?

I researched FACEBOOK. Although there are age requirements, (13), there are many kids that create accounts that are underage. One suggestion by FB is that parents set controls to restrict the ability for kids to view questionable or inappropriate content. Parents are also advised to manage screen time and to teach kids about digital safety.

I didn't realize the age requirement for facebook is 13. That makes perfect sense though. I'm glad there are parent controls for their children. If it's not listed, I think parents should also be advised to know their child's password and check their child's profile often to be sure their child is making safe choices on their profile.
