I chose to follow "America's Test Kitchen", they have thousands of videos on how to make different recipes, cooking techniques, and knife skills. I also chose to follow "Chef Hawkes" he is a ProStart teacher who has a number of videos over the ProStart curriculum. I love how it is over chapter content that can easily be used when gone and there is a sub. I can post the video for students to watch at their own pace.
