I reviewed my Facebook account and realized that since I had changed my privacy settings before becoming a teacher 8 years ago, they had added more features. I thought that everything on my account was only accessible by my friends, but came to find out that there were actually features that would be seen by the public. I promptly changed these settings. It is important to review your privacy settings on a regular basis because you might think you're secure when you actually are not.
