Facebook security

I do have a Facebook account that I  recently created to mainly use the Messenger feature with it. Security settings that I use are the hide my location option, my facial recognition, I update my privacy settings for my profile and I avoid commenting on every post that comes across, rather I do respond irregularly to prevent social media addiction.
