I checked my settings on facebook and feel comfortable with the security.  I do check Fb daily and am amazed at what you can find by following links.  Some people have very open accounts that I believe gives way too much information.  It is a good idea to regularly update your account information to protect yourself.  I find that I am posting information much less as I do not like the attention.
