I find it very time consuming try to find messages from my principal, or our curriculum coordinator, or PLC
team leader among daily messages from the office and/or other teachers. To be able to quickly store and retrieve these messages will definitely lower the stress level and make me more efficient. I can also make sure I don't miss messages from my students with these features.
I set up my email to use filters for school, personal, football, and track. It is helped me greatly find conversations with coaches, parents, and colleagues. I am able to get back in touch with them at a much faster rate than before.
