Financial Lit

jgordon
I teach third grade and financial literacy is graded quarterly.  In math we teach money and time.  I focus a great deal on elapsed time and we make it real life so lots of story problems.  We talk about the importance of money and the importance of time.
We also set goals several times throughout the year.  In Reading we set goals for books/words/minutes to read and we celebrate these goals.  We also set New Years goals.

The perpetual calendar is one of the most ingenious movements we have developed over the years, says Meylan. "That makes this a very link serious watch but at the same time I think it's a watch you link can link enjoy in many aspects – it should be fun."
