Financial Literacy - Elementary Spanish

Lisa Person
Taught - Kids in any grade can learn about finances. In my Spanish classes I would have the students identify the value of each coin and dollar amount. We could rank the value of each coin/dollar from highest to lowest. We would then look at a shopping list of different toy items and snack foods that the kids are familiar with. Using this list we could talk about how many coins or dollars of each value would be necessary to obtain the toy/snack that they desired.
Reinforced/Supported - I would provided a real shopping ad from a retailer with the current prices and we could see how much each item costs in the real world. They might only need $1 for the granola bar that was on my shopping list previously, but now looking at the ad they would need $4 for a box of 6. Buying a box of 6 is a better deal, but they have to have the $4 to buy it.

Choosing the best watches of 2024 marked a change for me. In link the past, approachable link watches dominated my lists. This year, it seemed that more affordable watches link comprised dial updates and color changes. Therefore, my list contains more Haute Horlogerie than usual.
