Financial Literacy in Content Area by Robin Taylor

I work in the home school world helping parents and students who want to home school. One way I can encourage the importance of teaching financial literacy is by showing parents the many free resources that are available. The modules available on EverFi and AEA Online would work well for parents and students in a home school setting. Through this class I also became aware of several engaging and interesting websites (TheMint.org, RichKidSmartKid.com, Biz Kids, to name a few) that would be a valuable resource to parents. I could also develop and offer an enrichment class in Financial Literacy, using the resources I leaned about in this class.
