Financial Literacy in a enrichment class

I am a homeschool supervising teacher and we offer weekly enrichment classes.  Financial Literary was a very popular choice among our students.  We used the Dave Ramsey course and the students really appreciated getting an understanding of finances and a plan of action to start manageing the money that have.  A misconception many people have is that they don't have enough money to manage and that sometime in the future when they make more they can begin to save and plan for bigger purchases or retirement.  The truth is we are never too young to learn how to plan, save, invest, and delay gratification to achieve our longterm goals.
