Financial Literacy in the Content Area

Jason Marshall
Years ago I taught a consumer math course.  I always thought of all the high school math courses I taught that it was probably the most useful for students.  No matter what type of work they did when they left school, whether they went to college or not, having a handle on financial literacy is very important thing.  I look at myself and the student loans that I have, and our students today are in even more over their head.  As far as it being something that is hard to teach in given subject areas, I don't think that is true.  It is a life skill, whether you teach math, science, or PE, you are someone that your students see as experts.  Whether you realize it or not you are likely teaching your students things every day that are not in your subject area.

From his first no-date link Submariner link to his second Submariner (I told you about the watches in pairs), with a date. He was ready for the Sub with the cyclops and really loves the link contrast of the green bezel against the black dial. This is Striewski's vacation watch.
