I'm employed at a facility where several of the individuals I work with lack any, or minimal financial skills to live independently on their own. Though adults in age, the range in mental capabilities is vast. Some of these individuals, due to plans in the future of a more independent living arrangement, require financial skills to function successfully in a less restrictive environment. My intent is to develop ideas and plans to teach the clientele I serve how to be more financially independent.
