Financial Literacy

C. LeAnn Mackey
I help with middle school and high school English students . I believe that giving the financial tools to all students before stepping out into the "real world" is key. Many entering college are targeted with credit card applications - having the correct information helps them to make educated decisions. In English classes we create scenarios in which the students choose and write about decisions and outcomes. Financial literacy is a great topic to cover!
