I probably have a bit more of an advantage with this topic and question. I teach Living Skills for 6-8 grades. Financial Literacy is one of the topics I teach with all grades. I am currently teaching checking with my sixth graders. I just finished consumer rights with my seventh graders. I have covered budgeting with my eighth graders earlier in the year. I think it is so valuable!
