Financial literacy-How I'll teach the subject

I am a school counselor that has been in the field for a number of years.  I taught financial units to the middle school many years ago.  Knowing that financial literacy is introduced in the Iowa Core in elementary school makes it necessary to know what to introduce to young students.  As a guidance counselor that goes into the classroom on a regular schedule, financial literacy is a natural step for me to introduce at a young age.
