G mail

I use g mail mostly as a communication tool with students, parents, teachers, and administrators.
I use gmail to remind students of assignment dates and what assignments may be missing.  A student may have a specific question about an assignment which can be answered using gmail rather than trying to find the student or have a message delivered.  I use gmail to respond to parents inquiries or to keep them updated on their child's progress or lack thereof.  I use gmail to communicate with teachers and administrators rather than interrupt a class or meeting.
