I do not work in just one classroom or with just one other teacher, I work in 4 different classrooms with 5 different teachers throughout the day. Going to Google and using GMAIL has really made things a lot easier in the past few years. I love the GMAIL account and how I can personalize everything. I also love using GOOGLE docs for everything. It doesn't matter what computer or laptop I am on, I can access my drive from anywhere and access my documents at any time. So if I need to look up a behavior plan or spreadsheets for any student at any time I can.
I also use it for coaching to communicate with my players and parents. I set up different contact accounts for each group and can email them so quickly just by typing in the group name. I don't have to look up and add each individual address.
One thing I will definitely start using is the translation tab. I didn't know that existed until taking this class. I have several Bosnian speaking parents, so being able to use this will help make communication with them a lot easier.
