Wow--I use Gmail everyday and by taking this class I am learning about features I never knew were on GMail. One example is the side-by-side with Task. I will never lose another to-do list again. Loving the information on contacts and forming a group which will help with my EA Team facilitator work in emailing the group I have all at once. Labels will also help me find parents' emails all at once, and help with getting the emails into EA IFSP log notes faster.
