Clicking on "MORE" while you are in the email message allows you to create a task in your calendar for something to do and when you would like to accomplish it.
Clicking on "MORE" while in the message allows you to create an event which you can invite others to and discuss the content of an email or set up a meeting quickly so you don't lose a train of thought associated with the content.
