GMail

I use gmail to communicate with all the school staff, students and parents.  I love the feature "file" messages from specific people automatically.  That way I don't accidentally delete important emails from administration.  I set up IEP meetings on the calendar and it automatically sends the meeting time to all my contacts which makes consumes less time for scheduling.  I can also check my peers schedules and avoid scheduling two meetings at one time.  My students share papers they have written by sharing it to my gmail.  It is an easy and organized way to collect papers.  I reallly like the many features gmail has to offer and I need to practice using more!
