Utilizing GMail it allows for communication with staff, students, and parents. To stay organized with the vast majority of emails the folders and filters are nice for organizing information as it follows into the inbox. I like how you are able to prioritize your inbox to the layout that works best for your busy schedule to meet the needs of constant email.
