In reviewing this section, I think I would use this for my classes I teach online. The students come from all over the United States. To contact the students I always have to go to the class roster and look up phone numbers, e-mail addresses, etc.
I could enter the information prior to the start of the class, so when I want to communicate with a student it would save me time in searching for the person's information. Most of the students have more than one e-mail--one assigned by the college and a personal e-mail. By having both in my information, I think the student might respond sooner, as the personal e-mail might be more of a priority to a student. Just a thought at this point, but would like to experiment to see.
