When I arrived to my current district, I came from "Word" world and was thrown into Google World without much training. So I have determined access through hit-and-miss exploration and student assistance (that was great to build Ss and peer leaders, but sometimes embarrassing for me). Having this tutorial helps me become a better user, and prepares me to inform others new to applications/settings, etc (adults, refugees/ELL students). I know I will use Google calendar effortlessly moving forward, even linking husband's gmail calendar now. For three years my boss "invited me" to attend meetings, and I was linked to another administrator's account for 2 years, not knowing how to change settings.
