I am a varsity coach who has the task of communicating with 30-40 players, assistant coaches, administration, media and a number of other people throughout my season. There are many ways of communicating (text, phone, etc) but one of my main resources is gmail. This allows me to send mass communication to the group that I have set up quickly. It is also super easy to attach the game roster, practice plans or a new drill to share with everyone.
