Gmail for my school

Using gmail effectively and efficiently is an important part of our schools communication plan.  I have created many google groups to send informational emails to my staff.  For example, I have an email group to communicate strictly with my teachers, one strictly for my para-educators, and one for all staff.  Being able to link documents into the email I send is extremely important as well.  It helps to provide a lot of information or thoughts with out a lengthy email which people may not read.
