Gmail for polls and quizes

Our school has created a group for the Class of 2020 (my current class list of students) which makes it easy to send either polls or quizzes to the entire class at once using Google Forms.  My students love anything that is electronic.

We often use the google forms for staff to gather information on a variety of things.  We also have gotten google forms from high school students who are taking business classes as a way to gather information and conduct research.  I am sure at some point we were told that we could/should use these with students at the elementary level as well.  Reading your post tonight though, something just clicked for me for how I might use these with my students.
