I love the accessibility of Gmail! I sub, am a 4H leader, and Township Clerk & will be surprising my 4Hers (via their school gmail addresses) with meeting reminders in the near future after I get the 4H group set up! I have used Gmail with Township Trustees to share meeting agenda, minutes & budgets with them (if they read their emails). Since I can access it on my phone it really helps & I look forward to teaching them more about all the cool things Gsuite can do.
