These videos have been a great help as I paused and did many adjustments to my gmail to make it easier to use in my classroom. I always wanted to know how to have my name and title at the end of my emails so parents know who I am with a contact number available if needed. I also labeled a certain teacher in another district that I communicate with all the time and always did a search on, and now it is set up with the click of a button. I also set up a group with my own group of district art teachers and a group of art students in a certain class. I was doing a lot of copying and pasting as a list before. I will be able to communicate much quicker with my new knowledge. As an art teacher I also enjoyed setting a theme and think it would be a neat idea to pass this information to my students in photography class and place one of our own images as a theme. Another useful feature i set up was having the google calendar on my page so I see it and use it more with students on reminders.
