Gmail in classroom

As a substitute teacher, I am able to utilize gmail by communicating directly with the teachers.  They can send me lesson plans through gmail.  Because I know most of the teachers I am subbing for, many of them do not mind modifications to their lesson plan, so I use gmail to communicate with them.  I have even used google hangout to discuss a change in the lesson.  I can make contact information for each teacher and add them to a group (example: adding the teachers from one elementary building to a group).  I recently turned on notifications for specific emails.
