At the Alternative School we use gmail to communicate with our administrative staff about our students attendance, progress, and discipline. We also use it quite often to contact parents about various issues, such as missing assignments, progress, conferences, and field trips. It is also an excellent way for the classroom teachers to communicate with us about student progress.
