I am not in the classroom as I am an Activities Director. I use Gmail as it is also connected to my outlook account through my school. The use of Gmail allows me to move information back and forth from my account to sheets, docs, drive, slides, forms, etc. I am able to gather information, sort it and merge information into a smaller number of areas. I have coaches and athletes communicate through different Gmail uses and then condense information.
The biggest pieces I am taking away is to further organize information to make it easier to not only find but keep together.
