Gmail in my classroom

I am a preschool special ed teacher so I will not use Gmail with my students however I will be creating a group of my students parents so I can send out whole class emails.  I also plan on using the Keep to create a list of tasks to be completed.  I am going to start a list at the beginning of the week to keep track of the things I need to get done, lesson plans, specific things I need to get made for students, paper work that needs completed.  I like the idea of being able to add to the list and mark them off.  I can also access the list from home if I am working on things at home I know what I need to do and can cross it off if I complete it at home.  Many times my list is on my desk and I don't have it at home.
