I have an office instead of a classroom, I use Gmail all day long but I have now learned more about "labels", so I will utilize that to make sorting my emails easier. Their were a few other tools that I found that were interesting and I have enabled them; the "Send and Archive" and the "unsend" option. I was recently introduced to Google Hangouts and I am trying to use it a bit more for inter school communications with other offices.
Our students use Google Chromebooks, so when I have to communicate with them I have the different grade levels saved as a group as well as all of the teachers and staff. This does make emailing large groups very easy.
