I have been using Gmail for several years. I have been able to create groups which has allowed me to more efficiently contact certain parents, community members or vendors that I need to communicate with. This was nothing new to me, however, I am a terrible inbox manager. The labeling and archiving was the one item I picked up that is sure to help me manage and organize my inbox better.
